Referring to Martin Hollinshead's book they need LOTS of space. Don't like trees. Hill rabbits are good quarry. Lowland rabbits make cover too quickly. Small feet mean males can struggle with rabbits, females have to be good for the brown hare.
Slow and tricky to train but superb potential on mountain hares and good hill rabbits.
