Where's a good course to attend?

I am interested in taking up falconry.  As a complete beginner I feel I need to attend a course.
Any suggestions where to go (I live in Sussex).
Also I am used to hunting my hpr dogs (Vizslas) at trials and have just got a new pup (with really strong hunting lines) so I hope to work the dogs and a harris hawk.
Is there anywhere I could try and hunt the dogs with a hawk (preferably before the season ends?)

Hi Karen,
depending on where in Sussex you are; there is a superb falconry centre at Horsham. It is called Huxley's Experience and is run by Julian and Stephanie Ford. I brought my Harris'from there and had an Insight Day but he does teach in depth if you want.
