my Harris for some reason doesn't want to go any lower than 1lb. 8oz. He flew well on Wednesday albeit a little heavy and I did not feed him yesterday. Yet he still weighs the same. I certainly don't feed him to any extreme and I don't want to keep not feeding for a day or so. Any suggestions? Clive

I took monty flying on friday the weather was perfect his weight was 1lb 7oz he went up a great big tree,so i carried on out across this field not far mind when i looked back to call him he shot of along the river mole he was chasing ducks. just a small word of warning to all hawk flyers.My excellant male harris taz was flying in the same area we visit alot when tragedy struck he landed on a small electricty pylon and got more or less frazzled.The whole thing happend in seconds it was heart breaking.I have never heard of this thing happeni...

Ive got a 8+6 apex shed as shelter with a flight of 17 foot by 6.6 foot high and 7 foot wide ive put some high perches in one of these has a tube heater fixed to it on a timer which i use when its very cold theres a layer of sand on the floor and gravel on the flight can you think of anything ive missed theres a...

my bird seems to have trouble letting go of things ie the glove after hes had something to eat on it he trys to fly back to a perch one foot stays at glove and he stops flying and drops to the floor with the hump any solutions welcome
