has anyone got a set of scales they want to sell or any where i can pick up cheap because my hawk broke mine the other day hit if of the work top so i need a set quicky :)
the best and cheapest way to get scales is to buy and convert yourself. Argos sells good electrical scales for £15. the same scales converted from a falconry supplier will cost from £30.
i buy and convert old type balance scales for falconry which are very good. you can pick up a set of old balance type scales from a junk shop, car boot etc or on ebay, which also sells falconry scales and equipment. hope this helps.
